Well, it was just as hard as we remembered, and some. The hills went on forever and we're sure they have got steeper.Seven of us took on the route which ended up being 50-55 miles – 'more miles in the bank'.
The lunch stop at The Traveller's Rest was just as good as we had remembered.
The weather was kind until we got back to Uttoxeter then it poured.
