The girls seem to be showing the guys the way with their commitment to training this year!Jackie, Eunice, Rebecca and Kim (and Pete tagged along) went to The Spider's Web at Cosford for the second week running, covering about 45 miles, then, Eunice, Kim and Rebecca did the additional 10 mile route out towards Tixall.
They're really are going to be leaving us behind in July. Just where to next I hear you ask.
There will be more training on Sunday at 10 o'clock.
