Friday's meeting

Hi everyone,

Can I ask you all a favour please.

Of course you don’t have to have a drink when you come to the meeting on Friday at The Swan, BUT, if you do, can you ask for a receipt from the bar staff and let me have it please.

I know this might sound a little unusual BUT I’ve paid a £20 booking fee for the room which I will get back assuming that between us we purchase £20 worth of drinks, which I’m pretty sure we will.

The bar staff will be aware of why receipts are being requested.

Hi Bikers,

Happy New Year!

I am organising a meeting to get things off the ground, for this years ride, at the coffee shop at the Swan Hotel.

It will be on Friday 26th Feb at 7pm, with a balti afterwards, at Spice Island at 9pm, if I can get a table.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to be included in the balti group.
