I'm back!!
May I wish you all a happy and healthy new year!
This is, no doubt, the first of many emails, about this years "Big Ride"
This years ride is to Barmouth and will take place on 9th July.
I have, with the help of Karen and Pete, organised a meeting on Saturday 19th February at the coffee shop,
at the Swan hotel and am also organising the first balti of the year, for the same night, to follow the meeting.
I will need to know numbers as soon as poss for this please.
I have also managed to sort some rooms at the Min Y Mor Hotel in Barmouth, where we stayed last time, for the ride night, I have coerced them in to providing a three course meal for us all, at 8.30pm.
I have reserved all their remaining rooms in my name, but you will have to book as soon as poss, as I don't think they will keep them for too long!
Each double or twin room is £80 per night B & B, there is also a family room with four single beds, if anyone wants to share, but not sure how much that one is?

Obviously you can find alternative accommodation, but the hotelier did say that places may be few and far between, as a lot of places don't want to let a room for just a Saturday night, in the height of the season.
We will be doing the once a month winter ride, on Sunday 6th Feb, we will meet at the castle at 10am as usual.
Can you let me know about the balti as soon as poss please.
