Balti bike club video, Pie and Ale night

On Saturday the 2nd of October, we are having a night where we can all have a drink and watch the video of the bike ride.

Its going to be at the Pie and Ale house in Stafford (used to be the surgery) They have excellent food and beers/ales plus they have a large enough area for us all to watch the video

They also need pie option before hand...

You can have any of the following for £6.95 per dish

Meat, Cheese or Mixed Platter (serves two people)
Chicken & Aspargus

Moo Pie
Breakfast Pie
Mini Moo Pie
Steak & Mushrrom
Chicken Gujons
Sausage & Mash
Heidi Pie....

Social ride

Hi and thanks to all who came on the social ride on Sunday. it was great to see everyone.

Although it wasn't quite the heatwave the weather forecast had promised it was dry and mild (except for the bit of rain during lunch). We went along the old railway line to Gnosall and had lunch at The Navigation Inn, most covered about 20 miles, a big well done to all.

Don't forget the showing of the 2010 bike ride on the 2nd of October!
