A brisk day at Birches Valley

Eunice led the ride to Birches Valley on Sunday, a steady 30+ miles. We thought that spring had sprung but the temperature reassured us it hadn't arrived just yet.

Thank you for all the messages of encouragement and support for last weekend's half-marathon. I really pushed it and got my second fastest time of 1:33:58

A lap of Lapley

Jackie led the ride with a lap of the Lapley route, approximately a 30 mile round trip.

More training this Sunday starting at 10.00 at the castle.
