Ok I know it's got nowt to do with cycling but I have bored most of you during the rides with the story of doing the Krypton Factor Assault Course.If you get a chance to do this, take it, it took three hours to get there, we got soaked, filthy, bruised and grazed but it was blinkin' great fun.
